Arrowhead is now set up to serve as Cru's corporate travel department and we are excited to offer individual and group booking services (air, hotel, car) for Cru's 7,000 U.S. staff.
On our roadmap for 2025, we plan to extend these services to other ministry partners so they can benefit from the collective travel buying volume with negotiated discounts, savings, and agents with a ministry mindset. Reach out to service@arrowheadtravel.org to learn more!

We have been incredibly blessed to have Arrowhead Conferences and Events to help us with planning our LWML Mid-South district convention. There is just no way we could know enough to negotiate contracts for meeting space and guest rooms! Our account manager was relentless in her pursuit of what was best for our organization. She also negotiated lodging for our board meeting. We ended up with a nicer hotel and a lower cost! How wonderful to have an organization that helps other ministries be good stewards.
I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. The first word that comes to mind is, easy. It was so easy from every perspective. The rates were better than I could have negotiated on my own.
